Our law firm's founding attorney, Ned Barnett, is a native Houstonian who is dedicated to success in criminal defense, just like his father, grandfathers, and great-grandfather before him. Mr. Barnett began his career as a state prosecutor for the Galveston County Criminal District Attorney's Office and then as a federal prosecutor for the Department of Justice with the U.S. Attorney's office in Houston. He uses his prosecutor's perspective to help our criminal defense clients get the best possible results.
Ned Barnett is Board Certified in criminal law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Well-respected in the legal profession, Mr. Barnett's experience and training have earned him many invitations to speak to other attorneys about success in criminal defense.
